Hello, I'm Lucy!

I'm the founder of The Untold You, and I thought I'd tell you a little bit about why I started it.

The reason I became a coach is actually very simple.

I've spent over 20 years working with people, coaching them through career decisions, confidence issues, big changes and all the questions that come with working out what you want to do with your life.

So coaching people wasn't new to me. But experiencing it for myself was something else entirely.

I was coached myself, and it was one of the most powerful, incredible experiences of my life.

And I wanted other women to experience that too.

I'm 46, a solo mum, a business owner and very much living midlife in all its glory.

I've experienced some wonderful things, some incredibly difficult things and plenty I never saw coming. I've had to make decisions, rethink plans, navigate change and work out what I wanted at different points in my life.

And I know how easy it is to get caught up in everything that's going on around you, particularly when you've got work, family, relationships, money and about a thousand other things competing for your attention.

That's a big part of why The Untold You exists.

Because sometimes you need a conversation that isn't with your partner, your mum, your best friend or someone who's already got an opinion about what you should do.

Someone who isn't going to make the decision for you, but who can help you look at things differently, challenge your thinking and work out what you actually want.

And that's what I love doing.

Whether you're questioning your career, considering a change, trying to build your confidence, making a big decision or simply wondering what else might be possible, there's room for all of it here.

And you don't have to wait until everything's gone wrong to do something about it.
