How It Works

Coaching can be structured in a few ways depending on your needs:

    • Typically 3–6 sessions over 3 months

    • Focused on return-to-work, resilience, leadership confidence, or life/work balance

    • Completely confidential and tailored to the individual

    • One-off or short-term coaching for leaders supporting returners or team members in transition

    • Space to think clearly, manage sensitively, and lead human-first conversations

    • An employee finds me, you fund the support

    • I manage the coaching relationship independently, with your agreement

    • Useful for supporting women returning to work or talent navigating change
